Editorial Method
Each article is built around one primary reader question. The opening gives the practical answer or decision point, followed by the evidence, limitations and next steps needed to apply it responsibly.
Evidence standards
We prefer current primary sources such as Reserve Bank of India directions, government notifications, statutes, court or tribunal material, official institutional documentation and original datasets. Credible independent reporting is added where a claim is disputed or developing.
Important claims are linked near their source. Each article ends with a concise source list and states the source-check date when timing matters.
Original contribution
Every publishable article must add practical value beyond a generic summary, for example a decision framework, verified timeline, worked hypothetical, evidence ladder, risk map, checklist or annotated process.
Research assistance and review
Research and drafting tools may assist source discovery, comparison, outlining or language refinement. When such assistance materially contributes, the article carries a truthful method note. A named human reviewer is shown only when that review actually occurred and was recorded.
Financial and legal safeguards
We do not promise eligibility, sanction, rates, timelines, restructuring, OTS acceptance, stays, court outcomes or recovery outcomes. We distinguish a regulation, lender policy, proposal, negotiation position and binding written decision.
